ABOUT US
Just As I Am Ministries, Inc. of Waco Texas was incorporated on March 7, 2005 in the State of Texas as a non-profit Corporation organized exclusively for Charity, Educational, Counseling, and Providing Emergency Housing, Transportation, Feeding and Clothing for underprivileged individuals, organization and agencies in urban areas in the United States, African, Caribbean, and South American Countries. The Corporation shall at all times be operated exclusively for Charity purposes within the guidelines of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended.
Just As I Am Ministries, Inc. also acts as a liaison between government assistance programs, private agencies, and individual donors to facilitate access and provide assistance in impoverished communities.
